Returns
We offer a 30-day cooling-off period. This means that you can return unopened products to us within 30 days of receiving the package. You don't have to give a reason.
Unfortunately, we cannot pay for the cost of returns for customers who live outside Europe: returns must take place at the customer's own expense.
An important condition is that the products have not been opened. Unfortunately, we cannot accept products that have been opened unless they are defective.

We do require that you inform us in advance by email (service@glucosamine.com) that you will be sending back the goods. At that moment you can indicate whether you wish to cancel your purchase completely or exchange the product for another one.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, we will refund the full purchase amount within 3 days of receiving the returned package. Depending on the payment method chosen when placing the order, the refund will take place via PayPal, VISA, Mastercard or American Express.
