Been using Arthro-5 now for a number of years to help with management of a torn Meniscus disc (MRI Scan showed the problem) in my knee.

It's very good to hear that you like Arthro-5 and glucosamine. It's important though not to use these products together for prolonged periods. Arthro-5 already contains 1500 mg of glucosamine per daily dose of 6 capsules (in your case 1000 mg per 4 capsules). Adding another 1500 mg of glucosamine is not recommended.
