The Omega 3 is fantastic, really a good product.

Magnesium is not cheap if you want one that really works. But this one is not expensive and it works! I have no more cramps or anything. And it also has taurine. The only minus I find is that you have to take more than one capsule than with other brands. But they also cost more so yeah....

I’m not happy at all! For the last 4 years I’ve had *** in my left knee and have been taking glucosamine for 6 months. The glucosamine has had no positive effect though.
